My favorite parts are the two large side porches, and that huge tree!

I love that the two porches bookend the house, and how the screened in porch is larger on the private side of the house. The open porch might have been a good way to invite neighbors into your world. This reminds me of some one dear to my heart, the great southerner, Eugene Walter. He has a story about sitting on his grandmother’s porch as a boy and if you had your back to the street, that meant you were not socializing, but if you were facing forward, well of course you were. Walter is my recommendation for today. He was a man of many hats and you just knew he loved a full life.
A good porch is a good thing.

This property looks utterly peaceful and relaxing. A quality home surrounded by beautiful grounds with big shade giving trees. Just need some sweet tea and a glider.

  3. That lot is my dream lot. I would love being here.

Beautiful house at a wonderful price. My only requirement with that gorgeous yard would be if a riding mower could be used to keep it up.

I love how the kitchen is clearly modern, but blends nearly seamlessly with the rest of the house.
