House is to be sold as is. Caution should be observed going to the outside porch and basement. (There is an outside entrance but has vines/growth barring the entrance) There are no lights. Please take a flashlight. Age (in the 1800's) is not exactly know by owners, but have had history passed down to them relating this home was an Indian Trading Post. House has some of the original log structure. Zoning is R2 with a Historical Overlay. Third room upstairs can be entered into from the outside porch. Basement stairs are through the 1/2 bath. Attic stairs are at the top of the 1st level stairs. There is an oil furnace in the basement but heat does not go to all rooms. None of the current owners can attest to any condition of the house as they have never lived in it. One BR has a large walk-in closet. Make History yours... Restore this old home to it's past glory. There is a big back yard that is all part of the lot. The garage is good sized and could be made into a great workshop.
