Buildings that once served a non-residential purpose but now as a residence. Churches, schools and other cool buildings!
I have been living/ renovating this church for 21 months to a residential loft. I have decided to move to warmer climate (getting old LOL). The church is 6000 ft.² interior with a 10,000 square-foot lot opposite the Carnegie library up on the hill in the library district. All new electric meter and gas lines run. Upper level has two master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. There is also large loft space that could easily be converted to 2 children’s bedrooms. Full usable basement with circular steel columns that could be converted to another 2 to 4 bedroom apartment or workspace. This could easily be used as a multi use or split up.
