now if this place were in another state and a full acre, I’d be happier then a cat with a dozen boxes to play with 😀

What’s wrong with jersey? Beautiful shoreline.Hardly any natural disasters.Taxes are high but the people are great.Don’t judge jersey by your ride up the turnpike — you will missing the best parts!

Someone with catering skills and a wedding planner could turn that into a small wedding venue. It could be quite lovely.

For the right price, of course.

Yes, I hope someone can turn this into a business that uses its original beauty and not twist it into a residence. Community theater? School? Wedding venue? Church?! I’d even think about going back to church if it were as lovely as this one.

I could see ways to turn that into a residential home as well. When I saw the floor plan and the interior spaces, my mind quickly went to work! The additional cost for doing that and the cost of the present structure is more than I’d like to spend, but very close to family in New Hope, PA. It IS a beautiful area of the county.
