I own that couch and a matching chair from my great grandmother. Very neat to see in other places! Love this house!

Makes me think of “To Kill a Mockingbird.” I can see Scout coming home to this house after school.

Looks peaceful on the outside. The kitchen might need just a little work. But you could always cook on the grill!

This is so charming!!! Everything has stood still! I adore the simple white fence all along the front yard. The interiors need a revival strategy, but could be beautiful.

Makes me think of my grandmother’s house in Lincolnton, NC. Hers wasn’t as large but had the same feel.

this price leaves a lot of room for repairs. I love the look of the house, I think the little peaked attic vent is just charming, and the yard looks big enough to keep a couple of goats and some chickens 🙂 I love the transoms, the little built in in the dining room, and the drainboard, but the kitchen and baths would have to be a priority. I wonder when the house was last lived in.

Love, love, love! I would do a good scrub on the sink/cabinet and keep! Love it. I could be sooo happy in this house. It makes you feel good, just looking at the photos. Someone is going to be a very lucky and happy person when they move in this house.

I’m in love with this house! Needs a little TLC but just imagine how beautiful these large rooms would be repaired, painted, and with furniture in them.

This property has so much character for such a little price. That kitchen sink just needs some TLC … I really really like this one~
