Walking distance to general store, post office, church, library, town offices and elementary school. The large ¾ acre lot gives you plenty of room for fun or gardens, and has frontage on the Suncook River for a lovely added bonus. Two oil tanks. Sold as-is. Maybe a little older than 1903?

The linoleum rug upstairs is completely awesome.

What’s up with that..closet is it? With all the old fashioned magazine pictures hanging up all over? I’d like to know the story behind that…who put them there? Why do they seem so out of place?

    Most curious old place

I love the kitchen and looks like plenty of space for a crafts/mini media room room …..

Seems like a really good location to live and/or have a business in back. Bet it is beautiful in the autumn, very New Hamphireish, winding roads, antique stores, etc. That’s it! A great antique shop in the barn! And the linoleum rug, actually I saw one with this same pattern for sale not too long ago, they are difficult to find (at least intact) and hard to move but they are always cool!

My kind of home – Love everything about it. And that linoleum rug is to die for!

In the last interior photo of the barn, is that a well across the room? And also is that a cemetery in the back of the property?

How bad can a New Hampshire winter be?

Did anyone see the puppy in the green room? What a great house, with so much potential! Weather is changing everywhere, where there were awful winters there are now mild winters, where there were mild winters there are now awful winters, I really don’t think you can go by winters of the past anymore, it is all unpredictable.
