Holy cow you sure get a lot for that price, what’s not to like about this little place, it’s adorable, great setting too.

I’m confused. There are two kitchens?

I would only change the hospital green interior paint color – love everything else.

The house…the setting…it all looks so peaceful and calming. I love the office with the old maps tacked to the ceiling…and the upstairs bedroom with its own outdoor space. And all those out-buildings–everything looks so beautifully kept. What a wonderful house!

If I bought this place I would put in one of those retro looking refrigerator and stove in the kitchen. It would look great and fit right in with the current space. Lovely property inside and out.

Me too! The kitchen just calls for old appliances, doesn’t it? Almost worth putting up an old pencil sharpener for atmosphere, lol.

Between the house and the land, I don’t think I’d ever want to go anywhere else.

If those are engineered wood floors in the DR and KIT I’m going to cry… I love old beat up floors. Its character!! Alas, this could still be the one.

I wish there was a floor plan on each house….”street view… aerial view… and floor plan” Maybe google can do that.
