    This could be a real beauty, with lots of elbow grease and some $$. A couple of the exterior shots look like there might need to be some foundation work, but the description is right, the woodwork is beautiful!

    Monterey is the most wonderful little town. It is a little isolated, but the drive up to it is beautiful and more than worth the effort.

    That little building on the street would make a great little shop. You could live and work on the same property. I’m not sure if that’s legal there, but I’m thinking of something like a small studio or a place to sell baked goods.
