If you check out Zillow there is a drive by video (they also included a couple photos of Lake Lanier down the road from this home but I did not include them here.) This house is not so far from us and knowing how much the area is growing, it’s possible the home will be torn down and a few houses built or someone will buy it for their vacation or mansion house. In the aerial view linked you’ll see a trailer right up against the home but another aerial view doesn’t show it (and even if it’s still there you’d own it so could do away with it.)

I know no interior pics, unless one is actually interested in buying it I don’t want to take up an agents time if I’m not in a position to buy. This is a great area to live, shopping nearby, highly rated schools and a highway that connects to Alpharetta, Roswell or for a longer drive, Atlanta if you need a job. Dahlonega has North Georgia College too. Lake Lanier is just down the street, a huge outlet mall. Really I can’t say enough how great this area is! Maybe someone is looking for wooded acreage with a fixer-upper… 🙂

House could be 20+ years older, I have a hard time telling since these types of homes were built up until the late 1930’s in this area.

  2. I love the front porch, and it comes with 17 acres!

Nice acres! Looks like a nice fixer upper, but it did not say anything about bathrooms.

Hi. Is it on a septic tank and well? If it has a well, what kind of well: shallow or deep drilled? Is there pasture? Is there a stream or creek? Is the property fenced or cross-fenced? Wish there were pictures of the inside, especially the floors. How is the roof? Is there any termite damage? Is that aluminum or wood siding? Thanks you.

I was wondering if this house was abandoned could you just walk up to it and see it without realtor or is there no trespassing

Interior photos added! Needs some work but could really be something cute!
