They certainly don't construct homes like this today! The sprawling floorplan and high ceilings, multiple fireplaces, intricate trim work, 3 porches and stunning hardwoods will leave you speechless. BUT - this home definitely needs a buyer with a vision. This property could be re-stored to a century mansion for personal use, or even converted to a duplex. There are still features of this historic home that could be brought back to life and restored to knock your socks off. The curved staircase could be a masterpiece. Some electric has been updated, some original woodwork is present, a full bath upstairs has been gutted and updated, and the rear, butler staircase is still intact. All new windows installed 8 years ago! The detached 2 car garage/barn is huge and offers a full loft as well.
