322 W Washington St, Monticello, GA 31064

AMAZING FIND!!! The house at 322 West Washington street was built for Sam Cohen in 1906 in the Neoclassical style. Sam Cohen was a prominent local merchant. The house features a two story portico with four square brick columns set on stone bases. The sleeping porch is original and the glass planes were added in 1914. JUST 1 BLOCK OFF DOWNTOWN MONTICELLO SQUARE, TREE HAS FALLEN ON ON DESTROYED BACK PORCH. MAIN HOUSE IS VERY RESTORABLE. SERIOUS ONLY PLEASE!
