Seller encourages all offers! (No contingencies will be accepted on any offers) House is circa 1786 per the Town of Easton Historical Society. This antique colonial home has been utilized as a “pre-existing non-conforming” 2 family. A seasoned home renovator w/ substantial resources may be able to restore it to its former glory. Currently, it is in a state of repair which would most likely require demolition & removal to make way for a new construction residence. The process would entail a petition to the ZBA for a special permit to secure the new building permit, followed by a demolition permit and a building permit for the new dwelling of choice. The town has expressed interest in the having the current owners do so.This would make a spectacular single family new home site!
