      Oh, my word! That house on Ash St. is so precious with all of the gingerbread trim! I’d have to get rid of some of that white paint on the woodwork and see if the hardwoods are good under the LVT, but so much potential!!

    Those fragile porches require maintenance throughout their life (I count three!). I applaud the generations of homeowners who took the time to keep them intact and painted, even when they were considered old fashioned.
