On a well-traveled road sits this cheerful, bright and spacious house c. 1820 farmhouse on 3/4 of an acre lush with fruit trees, mature cedar, catalpa, ash and maple trees, and organic raised garden beds on a valley viewshed rich with birds and wildlife. Original wide plank floors, stair railing and eyebrow window. Later 1880s and early 20th c. additions maintain old house charm.
