Wow! I don’t know anything about the market on Prince Edward Island but I can’t imagine this taking long to sell!

Well that it out there on the lone prairie huh? Close enough to the water to support a bit of nautical whimsy. It would be something to be able to watch some of those storms roll in, hopefully Nova Scotia or New Brunswick (whichever) blocks the brunt of most of them though.
The location of the fridge is different but since the kitchen is so little I suppose there aren’t many options.

I noticed that right off. Why not open up the wall between the rooms like we do south of the border and have a larger cooking space joined to an eating space? I would have done much more with it, but then I’m the one who jokes about rearranging the bathroom furniture, lol!

Big House On The Prairie. Is it really only 1560sf? No matter, I would love living there. Serenity now and always. When do the storms begin to roll in?

“With a distant view of the Atlantic”? Looks pretty durn close to me! Beautiful house – love the rustic floors – and a beautiful view.

I’m no expert, but I did somewhat of a measurement & I got about 650 yards, drawing a line from the front of the house in a fairly direct line to the water. Bet you would be close enough to get your windows rattled or wonder how good the paint you used is during some of the big ones. Lol!

This house must certainly have had its share of howling winds with rain or snow pounding it, sitting as it is so open to the elements. The house (love those floors!) and its location is very attractive. Prince Edward Island is known for its rolling farmland, gorgeous scenery, slower way of life, and old world charm. It’s no surprise that it is a top tourist destination. The primary industry in Murray Harbour North, where this house is located, however, is fishing with tourism playing a secondary role.

  6. Looks like you can catch a glimpse of the Nova Scotia coastline (Cape Breton Highlands iirc – lovely area) in the distance over the gulf.
