    I’m sensing a theme today. 😉

    Great house. Love the kitchen.

I’d buy this house and do a full restore. The woodwork and staircase is amazing!
I’d paint the exterior an appropriate paint scheme, gut the bathrooms and kitchen (sorry Rosewater!)

I’d agree with you on the kitchen. It’s a nice kitchen, assuming you were going for a 1960’s theme but that doesn’t fit this house. Perhaps if the doors were changed to a more period door and not the flush ones we see. I like that the house has hardwood floors but it looks as if the carpet was pulled out frantically at the last minute before pictures were taken! The house has great curb appeal and I love the porches!

I love the exterior, and there is a small second floor walk-out over the front porch visible on street view that you can’t see on the pictures. No garage, but the lot is large enough that you could add one at the rear, and access it from the street in back so no need to sacrifice any of the big old trees. Interior definitely needs some TLC, I would probably have to restore the kitchen and baths to something more appropriate to the house, but I would feel a little guilty taking out those vintage 60s fixtures…I would probably try to offer them to someone who was looking to restore a home from that period. Overall, this house has a lot to offer.

I’ve seen that swaggy bath before, in New Jersey back in the day when the Sopranos were real.
