Beautiful serene space with an extraordinarily well-documented basement. Add a shower and I’d live there any time.

Not sure how inspiring that basement/crawlspace is, but looking at the size of that roof, I wonder how nice that attic area is. Might be big enough for some serious extra usable space. Put a second level in that main space in a way that works well with those awesome windows, and then some bonus space up in the attic, this could be a very nice conversion project. Small urban yard is good, less time wasted taking care of too much of that. The no garage or on-site parking is a bit of a downside though, but I’m guessing parking on the street right there is not much of a challenge usually.

If you go to the Zillow listing, there are more photos, does have a shower, plus a bath and a kitchen. Plus there are even more photos of the basement, lol!
