Outstanding .
Thank you Kelly.
What an intriguing place! Love that curvaceous staircase, and the kitchen!
This is utterly wonderful. So often with historic-building apartments and condos, the period details have been removed. This is a delightful exception.
Upstate, NY
Gorgeous – especially those bathrooms! Now, can an expert of the period tell me, is that staircase original…?
I suspect that the stairway and stair rail is an addition since they connected the two apartments at a later time and it was not originally that way. (As indicated by two different deeds, etc.)
Fort Davis, TX
Wowwwwwww… this is fantastic!!! I’ve often wondered what was inside old buildings/condos like this and I am blown away by this place.
I’d love everything but having to do laundry outside of my unit. Wonder if a w/d could be added within. Then, it would be perfect.
This is lovely and so elegant. I do wish the main kitchen was bigger but all the built in cabinets, closets and drawers throughout are fantastic! And the floors — exquisite! I love the stair rail but also wonder if it was added with the connection between the two apartments was done.
Richmond, VA
This is fantastic! I love everything about it, especially the arches and the beautiful bathroom tiling. But my favorite feature is that stunning staircase. I’m sure it’s not original, but it’s wonderful nonetheless.
