What a stunner! Now that my “neighbors” across the road from me just put up 15-foot-tall solar panels blocking the gorgeous lake I enjoyed viewing from my front porch and from all my picture windows, I’m ready to move. Now. This’ll do just fine.

Horrid!!! Sorry. 🙁 If it’s any consolation, they’ll likely never recoup the investment.

Considering they’re in their upper 70’s, no. But as for the son who sold and installed them and will likely inherit the home, it’s all about him. “Screw the neighborhood. I got mine.”

WHAT a dramatic facade! Brilliantly captured in the listing image. It has all the presence of a Shinto shrine. Asian influenced bungalows are my fave..

Another gorgeous Craftsman. Those windows in Photo 6! Again, a definite winner. Sorry you lost your view, Sharon. Too bad the municipality didn’t take your rights as a citizen into consideration. One assumes permission had to be obtained to erect the solar panels.

I didn’t much care for the initial pic. Didn’t look like great curb appeal, but once inside it looks fabulous. Love the built-ins and the bathrooms. There was some SERIOUS cash dropped for that sewing ensemble! Now this homeowner does some SERIOUS quilting! I wish I had this in my sewing room! My life would be so much easier…
