Oh man! no interiors! What a sweet farm. Looking around the place it has everything you’d need to continue on as a working farm. My momma was born and raised in Three Rivers, it’s a nice area.

Nominally a Gothic Revival farmhouse with the pointed Gothic window in the front gable and some delicate looking scroll-sawn vergeboards. A decent amount of acreage, a barn, and other outbuildings complete the offer. Keeping my fingers crossed that the interior here is a time capsule.

Interior photos added! Not many, it’s your basic farmhouse.
