  1. What a cute little place! In a super cute neighbourhood too!

    Yes, it’s been abused and vandalized.
    It has a good metal roof on it.
    It’s only $24,900

    There’s a lot left to work with and I would not cry a single tear over tearing out the kitchen and bath. I think the saddest part is the missing mantle.
    I’d start with cleaning up the exterior and landscaping, give it the “someone loves me” look back.
