The house is pretty cool, I actually really like the wallpaper in that one room with the bookcases. But man, oh man! The barn is amazing!!

I wish they had pictures of the barn too!

There’s a house there? All I see is one seriously awesome looking barn!

Buy a super cool old barn and 75 acres and get an old house thrown in for free, LOL.

Don’t believe it’s the same farm, just the same name.

Oh well. They sell some yummy looking stuff. With that much acreage you could grow your own business and sell out of the barn.

Looking at the aerial view I see a nice spot for a family garden and large pasture for cows or horses. I think there might be more woods than pasture/garden area.

Wow, I’m in for that barn! A treasure. I’d happily live there, though the house is nice too. The stair in the house looks original, good to see. I like farmhouses where the stuff inside shows they’re part of a real farm, like this one.

I love the look of a home well lived in and loved. This isn’t just a home, it is a way of life.

I really love the enclosed porch and the house in general. I could definitely
    see myself living here!

Fairly generic farmhouse with few details to connect it back to the 1850’s or earlier. The large roof beams seen in the attic do seem to be from an earlier era and the staircase appears to be old but style purists would probably have little interest in this house anyway. That massive barn is a gem. The house has 75 acres so a variety of uses are possible with this much land.

    Excellent staircase.

I am in love with the room with the wood stove. I can feel the warmth of the room through my screen! The chair, the bookcase, the wallpaper… I’d never leave! The barn is a show stopper but that room has sold me!

I love the wallpaper too!! I remember living with that linoleum in our farmhouse kitchen when I was young. It is a neat barn. I am wondering why they put all those windows in the barn, it does not seem practical. Then I spoke to a friend at work, he said chickens and now it makes sense. I have never seen a chicken barn that big before.
Kelly, I am enjoying the new header you have put on the website.

I think if they’d post a few good pictures of the insides of that barn, they might get a lot more interest. The house is ok. Other than the stair, it doesn’t appear to be anything too special. But that barn is an award winner for sure. And it looks like it is in pretty good shape, or was anyway. Hopefully still is. Looks like the garage building might be decent too, but there isn’t even a photo of that, except for the rear of it, probably the least interesting part.

The house is cute but it’s the barn that really get my attention!

I think I would live in the barn and sell the house. Of course my horses would keep me company.

This is absolutely a perfect old farmhouse. The outbuildings are too close to the house for my comfort. However, for someone wanting an original style old farmhouse without a lot of needed work and land to farm, this is a great choice, albeit Maine. No pictures of outbuildings, fruit trees? garden, etc?
