Seems to me that there is something missing from the listing. The agent uses about a third of the description saying,”The unique circular foyer includes an elegant landing overlooking the street with an ornate staircase to the second floor.” That would be fine except there is no picture of it. There is a reflection of the paneled underside of the stair in a mirror over a mantel, but WHERE’S THE STAIR AND FOYER.
    More pictures, please.

The exterior is really fabulous, love shingle siding. So nice. And many neat features like that domed cove. Very nice.

This is a lovely little house in a really cute town. It’s got great potential. Right now it looks extremely crowded inside. Is it a rental? Some of the houses around it appear to be.
I got just a glimpse of a Gothic railing in that domed stairwell. Hmmm. We think of Shingles as post 1900 don’t we? Anyway, in spite of a smallish lot, it looks good to me. The price is right.

This house has great style and great bones. If I were to buy it, I’d clear out the overgrown bushes in front, repaint the exterior, and get rid of the very busy wallpaper. But it could be a stunner!

What an adorable little house! I hope it doesn’t wind up as student housing, as that never ends well.

A sweet ‘chocolate box’ of a house, especially from the outside. Too much dark wallpaper for me, but the house itself is very charming. I agree with BethH above; hope it doesn’t become student housing. That has happened to dozens if not hundreds of vintage/historic homes in Corvallis OR, (Oregon State University) and she’s right—-it never ends well
