    I love, love, love these Victorians with 1 1/2 stories and the high ceilings! This is pretty much my dream house & I wouldn’t change much about it.

    Not from 1925 as both the mantels seen in the photos as well as the fretwork spandrel are likely to date from about 1910 or slightly earlier. I don’t see a staircase going up to the upper level but it is probably enclosed within walls. The house appears to have potential as most of the period “good stuff” remains.
