Thanks to the daughter of the late owner for sharing this with us. I was pleasantly surprised by this one!
At a glance I thought this was a Sears, it was so similar but closer inspection other aspects were different. Could this be one of the kit builders of the day or even inspired by?
Wow, this is a pretty cute little house. and the price is fantastic. I would love to get my hands on that archway in the breakfast nook and bring out the design with rich colors. I think the only upgrades I would do is carpet removal, new paint and new laminate in the kitchen and do something with the porch, but overall this house is totally worth every penny.

It has so much going for it! So cute you want to chuck it under the chin!
What a pretty home, woodwork and fixtures are beautiful.
What a little charmer!

Absolutely adorable and I hope the lucky person who buys this home doesn’t do much to it. I would take out carpet and maybe a more retro lino in the kitchen and that’s about it.

Give me a breakfast nook & I’m happy. ??
Breakfast nook! And the built-ins. This house is wonderful at such a great price.
This is exactly the kind of house I dream of owning one day. It’s wonderful!
Oh now I want to move to my Mom’s home town.. Cousins and other relatives still live there. Sidney holds so many sweet childhood memories for me. This home is a charmer!!
I love this house too! The breakfast nook with the phone jack…who does that? great idea, tho.

Sweet little Bungalow! ❤️❤️❤️
great house. first thing I would do is replace the iron porch supports with wood that would fit the house better. this one would be a fun project
♥ but surprised the attic has never been insulated? Great house!

I’m glad this is contingent or sold because it is one sweet baby of a place. 🙂
