This is a charming older farmhouse in need of restoration and is being sold as-is, however would make very nice property for someone that wants farm animals or is need of additional storage. The property consists of three detached buildings: bank barn (in good condition), large equipment storage building and a two level cabin that could be a shop, hobby building and many other uses. Cash, FHA 203k, Conventional rehab loan.

Chestatee, GA
Build date on record is 1921 but this style of home dates about 4-5 decades earlier than that.
The farm is documented by the state as the Chew-Crowl Farm, built by merchant, farmer and postmaster Milton Chew (1842-1917) and long owned by the family. The build date is claimed as 1894, though I agree with Kelly that it appears a bit older than that.

Yeah, this is either a Greek Revival house that was later updated with Italianate style cues (as was often done), or perhaps a transitional structure. A charming confection, at any rate.
