The GE plot reference is very interesting! I had to look it up (it’s worth a Google 😆). I love this one. A little elbow grease would go along way here. I love homes built in the “teens.” Big, solid American home with some European flare. Lots to love here.

my neck of the woods, the GE plot is really cool, huge mansions built for the original engineers, exec. and scientist for General electric. every house is unique

this place has an interesting vibe. i bet nothing has changed in there since at least the 50’s. pulls me in. that town must have been like Silicon Valley in it’s time. and that outside staircase from the 2nd to the 3rd floor is pretty unique. what’s up with that?

I’m in love with this house. Some minor fixes, but I’m in love with it!

That liviing room could be beautiful with a fresh coat of paint and ceiling fan removal.

So many nice features! I love whatever you call that curved part near the ceiling in the dueling piano room. And the windows!
