Brought tears of joy to my eyes to see that the original woodwork has been unmolested by paint. House is a gem!

Is the wood trim the original color? I’m new to this site so I didn’t know blue wood trim was original to these Craftsman homes. Beautiful.

Are you talking about the interior wood? It’s not painted so there is no color. If you are talking about the interior wood being blue it’s no, just haze from the light making it look painted. If you are talking about the exterior, it’s probably not original exterior paint but blues were one of the many colors that it could have been.

This made me smile ear to ear. What a stunning home. Can I pick it up and move say…a few states West? I love this home. Thank you to the owners for keeping it original. You gave us a gift.

    I. Love. This. House. A lovely craftsman with a lot of surviving original details makes my heart happy.

What an incredible bargain! This is a fantastic example of a craftsman that would sell for over $300,000 in my area, and probably be missing the windows.

What a beauty! What is the funny thing over one of the bathroom sinks? A soap dispenser?

I just ADORE Craftsman bungalows and it’s a thrill to see one that hasn’t been ruined. Still the original woodwork! Unpainted fireplace! Built ins are intact! Love this!

I agree. Other than a little paint I don’t see any ‘restoration’ being needed. Hope no one touches anything but the wall colors.

Be still my heart. That is so perfect. I wish there were more pics of the kitchen. My guess is that there was some sort of freestanding cupboard to match the rest of the cabinets that may no longer be there. I just hope the price is high enough to deter flippers, but reasonable enough that some young family with an appreciation for the beauty in this home can afford it.
