Incredible opportunity to restore this historic home, in the Old Dauphin Way Historic District, to its previous grandeur. High ceilings, hardwood floors, glass door knobs, a pocket door and a porch the wraps around the side are some of the features of this home originally built in 1903. Both two living rooms, the formal dining room and both bedrooms have fireplaces. The backyard has a tall privacy fence. Your Realtor today to see this home. May be subject to Alabama right of redemption.

I could live right down the road from my place of employment. I need to forward this to my co-worker.

This house has potential. Love to see an original photo of it.
Love the fireplace and pocket doors. I also love we have picture rail molding still in tact.
Also love the Jib Windows or Box head Windows going onto the porch! Love to get those working again.

Right of redemption gives the owner 180 days after foreclosure sale to buy the property back.
You need to be careful of spending money or wait the time out.
    Talk to a lawyer first.
