Heat is gas heaters in each room. No central HVAC. Plumbing needs upgrades. Electrical was upgraded in the past but is not current code complaint. The large lot is deeded as 3.9 acres but tax map says 3. It has a nice open meadow behind the house and a wooded area beyond that. An old barn is restorable and another old building is questionable.
