    Interesting kitchen. Some nice wooden built-ins. Unique layout incorporates the back stairs. And I like the shelves in the window. (next to stove/across from sink) I think it would be a great place to display glassware. And if the glassware is tinted, it might create a nice glow through the window.

    I love the back staircase, I always wanted a front and back staircase. the front one looks odd as it goes into the dining room. It looks like at a time they perhaps put up a wall to keep the living area separate from the dining room. I have never seen that in any Quebec home. Nice and roomy, love the old fashioned kitchen with the counter that is very deep and the old ice box.
