Talk about curb appeal! I want to hug that house. Gorgeous. So much potential.

This has the potential to be about the most perfect home a person could ever ask for. The light is wonderful and the spaces are proportioned beautifully. I hope they stop remuddling and let somebody restore this one correctly!

The outside of that house is just the cutest. The inside also has a lot of nice features and could be a real stunner.

1.6 mile walk to the legendary Tom’s Ice Cream Bowl – just far enough to burn off the calories (or guilt, whatever).

Zanesville has the Y-bridge that handles vehicle traffic – a very unique experience.

The outside is just adorable — bet it’s the standout of the street. All kinds of great stuff inside. I love the double parlor. It has the bones of a very gracious house that would reward the effort of taking it back to its historic era.

Just great one here. I wonder about solid brick walls. our old brick house had and air pocket between the bricks to prevent heat loss in winter. Not a big thing, just saying.

this is kinda sad, looks someone has put a whole lot of themselves, hard work and money into the house. It is such a nice nice place, comforting. I hope someone will take over and do a good job of keeping the awesomeness of this place going. Good price, hell, the roof is worth 15K or more.

I just love this! Gothic revival may be my favorite residential architectural style; I go wild over the fanciful, storybook qualities of the style in houses large and small. The vergeboards and porch details on this one are really delightful, and the color scheme brings the decorations out in such a wonderful way. So many fantastic aspects and for such a bargain-basement price!
