Immobiliare Immobilnova is pleased to offer one of the most important buildings in the historic center of Pontremoli, the wonderful Palazzo Damiani. Dating back to the 16th century, it is set on four levels for a total area of about 1000 square meters. On the ground floor we find the old Warehouses and the Inner Courtyard with Garden and Water Well. Through a magnificent internal Marble Staircase leads to the Nobility Plan consisting of 14 rooms and embellished by the wonderful Frescoes designed by Niccolò Contestabilie and original materials of the time. The upper floor consists of another 11 rooms from which you can access the Attic Floor with Wooden Roof with exposed beams.
The building needs a general renovation. Given the importance from the historical point of view and the size lends itself to countless uses.
