    Lancaster, PA,

Neat old vernacular building. Too bad the town wants or needs to sell it. It would be great if it could continue as a community asset.

Quintessential New England town hall. It looks like it has been well maintained. I wonder if it also served as a church, some smaller towns would have the local church and town hall share the same space. I agree with Lancaster John, it is too bad that the town is unable to continue using it.

Just curious how much it would cost to heat this place.

What a great building. It would make a wonderful studio. I wonder if their community has just become to small to maintain it. It’s really to bad. It’s clearly been well cared for, and I hope whoever buys it takes good care of it.

LOL at the twin long drops

From the roof vs windows it appears to have a huge attic? Wounder if the ceiling/floor of attic would be sea worthy?

This could be made into a real neat home! It is too bad it can’t be maintained anymore. There doesn’t seem to be much parking for the townspeople though.
