I’m dying for those herringbone wood floors! This house is gorgeous, and the cute & charming exterior doesn’t give away what a sweet surprise you find inside. What a jewel.

Love the floors. Love the light fixtures. But it does stand out among its neighbors.

I lived in Romeo for 16 years and passed this house often. There are so many beautiful old homes in this area. This one is in my top 10 favorites.

There is so much to love about this house! The floors are obviously a knock out. Absolutely gorgeous.

It’s on a corner lot. The owners have done some great work on the outside when compared to the street view, which is from 2013. I am personally a sucker for showers like that one. The modern updates inside are well chosen ones.

Italianates are always favorites of mine, but the inside of this one makes me happy. I want to hug whoever went through the effort to make this place so beautiful, inside and out.

Loving this one as well. The laundry/mud room is oddly charming, floors are gorgeous, and updates are tasteful.

I kind of love how this HANDSOME little villa is juxtaposed with that stereotypical 50’s rancher. Thank God no one ever tried to turn the older into the latter despite the Joneses.

What a gorgeous and stately Italianate! I feel sorry for the little house next door-it looks even smaller beside this beauty!
