Such nice details. Nice staircase. I like the stove and the placement of the stove. Huge lot. Nice view all around. Would have been a whole different house if exterior photos were taken on a sunny day when grass is green and leaves on the trees.

I agree; I’m a big advocate of waiting for a sunny day to take listing pics. Surely it can’t be that hard.

Beautiful house with nice details but I would expose the hardwood floors it probably has!

this would be a wonderful house to see in person! It has so many lovely details and I’d love to see it on a sunny day, those stained glass windows are awesome!
The dutch front door is unusual. I wonder if it is original or modified at a later date.
I liked this more and more scrolling through the photos and was sold when I got to the kitchen stove!
It’s a beautiful home!!!
Fascinating details on this one. Layered ‘time capsule’. Wondering if those kitchen cabinets are steel.
This house has all the details I am looking for! I love the dutch door. It reminds me of going to my grandmother’s house when I was a little girl. The kitchen sink and stove are amazing! The cabinets are unusual, but I still do like them.
Paint, wall paper removal and carpet removal. Then the fireplace…that surely can’t be the original look is it? It doesn’t look period correct to me? I think I would change it to something that looked more period Victorian to me.
Mmm…my husband just got a job teaching at St. Francis. We’re moving out there summer 2018. I see the house is still on the market. I’m really in interested. I’m just not crazy about all the wall paper.
The stained glass windows are amazing. Why anyone would put a Venetian blind over it instead of under the sash is beyond me!
