My dad grew up just a few houses down from this one. If I could only afford to purchase this I would in a heartbeat! Love the town. Such a quaint little town and everyone is so friendly. I really hope that this home finds its new owner soon!

I grew up in Earlville 1961 and went to school in Sherburne 1973-79. Is that around your dad’s age? We also went to St Malachy’s in Sherburne. I was just wondering if I knew him since it was a small school district.

HI! My dad is 81 so even though you both went to the same school…… 🙂 My dad grew up on the corner of Gould Drive and Main Street. His stepdad was a Dr. for many many years and that house was his office/home. I loved spending time with my grandma. Oh, my dad is Courtney K. Packer. If you would like to contact me, I am at rescueapug@gmail.com. I am planning on coming down for a visit and to take pictures for my dad. Tricia

Very nice! The NRHP Sherburne Historic District info has a photo of the house from 1980 in bland white – it looks better now. Build date is given as 1880.

The room that has the scalloped edge below the crown molding at the top of clapboard wall (is that the right name for it ?)what a unique and adorable idea. Im going to have to remember that!

Device on the wall is a coffee grinder. Nice home with lots of great surprises in many pictures. I liked kitchen, bedrooms, and built-ins.
