Located on a corner lot on Bellevue Ave, in the heart of Hammonton, sits this rare Eastlake Victorian (stick built) masterpiece waiting for the right person to call it home. Built in 1884, this historical home was restored to its original floor plan between 1990 and 1993. With the assistance of 117 craftsman including carpenters, plasterers, painters and artists this home was brought back to its original appearance and craftsmanship right down to the Bradbury wallpaper that covers the walls and ceilings. Words can't describe the character of this house, with its slate fireplace, oak floors and solid wood doors. This 2900sf three bedroom, one and a half bath features a brand new kitchen with granite countertops, new HVAC (recently converted to gas) two car garage, walk up attic and a second floor balcony that has lovely views of the town. You don't have to leave your house to enjoy Hammonton's yearly parades, and you are walking distance to Hammonton's downtown stores. This home is on the National Register of Historic Places as well as the NJ State Historical Register. Stop by today and admire the love that has been put into this home over the years.

Very Lovely. I wouldn’t have expected those 6 panel doors considering it is Stick Style, although 1884 now it makes more sense.

Wow! Such incredible details on this house, right down to the built in gutters on the roof. Kudos to the owners for not losing all those great details, inside as well as outside!

Oh wow… I’m so envious of all that wallpaper! Other than doing something different with the kitchen to separate it off from what appears to be a breakfast room and swapping out the recessed lighting for something more appropriate in my own tastes this place sure is Victorian Dream Home material. I really could spend a very long time just admiring the exterior and all of that wallpaper!
