    The record shows on 15 acres so I don’t understand the 36 acre part, perhaps they mean it’s just next door as a pretty view/no subdivisions?

      In NJ, “Open space” is designated as protected space. So typically you are looking at land that won’t be built on. It’s a very good program. Here is a link with further info: http://www.nj.gov/dep/greenacres/

    I sure would have loved to see more pictures, esp. baths and kitchens. I am always curious when the realtor says must be updated. I like to see what’s left before renovation.
