stunning example of arts and crafts architecture c.1910 . present owner refinished oak woodwork in living and dining room.note the beamed ceiling and beveled glass elements. all well preserved and loved by present owner. fireplace is now gas fired.-kitchen has newer counter tops, preserving cabinets of original style.appliances new, built in bench has been recovered.many special trees planted on lot. marble steps to front door which is four feet wide..new pella windows with screens inside. extra insulaton added.all side walks replaced. compugen alarm system. pantry and broom closet by kitchen. wonderful neighborhood in east end. garage has garden shed attached
