Victorian house built in late 1800's sits on a .38 acre lot with a storage building and another metal shed. The original rock wall is still standing and in good condition. There is lots of storage in the attic and the house has new paint and new 200 amp electric service. It needs some fixing up and could be a beautiful house once again. New roof will be put on prior to closing.
