There’s some elements of the Victorian Stick style in this house with horizontal and vertical exterior clad boards. I’m not a big fan of the carpeting but otherwise seems like a nice home of the period.

Always nice to see that doors and other removed house parts have been saved. Those will mean a lot to a new owner who may possibly care. Hopefully the other banister and newel post are laying around somewhere.

I could spend all day making this one my own in my head. It has a lot of potential and sits beautifully on the property!

This does seem like the kind of house that would make a great project: Nice architecture, not too big, apparently in decent condition, on a nice corner lot with good trees, and fairly cheap. It looks like a typical cross gable, wrapping porch Queen Anne with vernacular Stick style detailing on the front elevation.

Methinks the agent missed the best angle for the main listing pic…

Yes, a much better angle. Would be great for a perspective drawing exercise.

It’s a beauty, but not in the right City for us. I love the porch and could picture myself sitting there and enjoying the outdoor space. Great that there is a two car garage and it looks like there could be some living space above it.

Love the fireplace. Great price for the size of this home!
