In the late 1800s a pioneer set out for the city of Sioux Falls. He was out for adventure and a challenge never stopped him from progress. He held many positions and had a few struggles along the way. But he perservered. Are you a pioneer? Are you afraid of a challenge? NO! You embrace them. Cyrus Walts would like you. He loved design, do you? In 1890 he had a renowned architect, Wallace Dow, design a Queen Anne inspired, Two story home with a wrap around deck and a spire. You might be familiar with Wallace's other work. The Old Courthouse downtown was one of his most revered. This nearly 5,000 sq ft home holds 7 bedrooms, 4 and ½ baths, unique design and a ton of history. Many modern updates have occurred since it's beginning (such as a 3 stall garage, new kitchen, etc.) but there is more work waiting for you to do. You can preserve history and make your own here. Come and tour. Step into a property few have entered.
