If this was on a couple of acres in upstate NY, I’d be all over it. The chance to do a true period style kitchen does not come often, and I hope the next owner will appreciate the originality and charm of what they have.

This house is perfect! The whole street is full of wonderful old homes too. Wonder why I can no longer “Pinterest” pin any of these pictures anymore, as of yesterday.

Ok, I’ll try to fix it tonight, if not it’ll be tomorrow. Thanks for letting me know.

Fixed! Just replaced the old bar with a new one. Now included is an option to email a post (although you’ll have to have email set up on whatever device you send from.)

I love this house…but wonder about what repairs are needed, the price looks very low for the size of the home. The floors and woodwork all looks pretty good, and I love everything about that sink! The town looks very charming, and just a short walk from home looks like it puts you right downtown. Great place!

I’m all for minimalist, period kitchens – but DANG! Heheheh

Yes …the kitchen! And the built-in in the white bathroom and the built-in in the dining room … lovely house! The first thing I would do is open all the curtains and let the sunshine in!
