This is an example of a house type I now call “trompe l’oeil” because the exterior photos make the house look small but the interior photos reveal quite a bit of volume. It looks like there are lots of little things to fix/tweak but I think the house could be made super cute within a year. Nice-sized half acre lot.

The realtor took the time to emphasize all of the outer features with regards to this house – pool, barn, views, etc. however, not one single pic?
House does appear larger interior than exterior portrait. I agree, lots of little details to be addressed and someone would have a lovely home.

I wish this one came with a floor plan. I am having a difficult time understanding the layout of this house. The trellis thing on the top of the stairs, looks to be a recent addition, but why? The unfinished room with the toilet in it looks like it might be that addition off the side of the house, but why is there a toilet in there, and what was the original purpose… was this a carport or garage or something? Looks like a lot of house for the money, but I think I would definitely need to tour this one in person.

I too was looking for pictures of the outside according to the description, but pleasantly surprised at how much interior space. Move in and restore while you live in it. I do think this is a charming place. I did notice on street view that there is a car lot kitty corner.

A lot of house for the money! Love the tall ceilings and windows!
