Some eclectic design choices here, but I love it! Really cool house.

The 1970’s invaded !!!! Take out the carpeting and change kitchen and paint colors and it could shine again.

How is this quirky little house only $79,000?! I love everything about this place! The curb appeal is out of this world. You can’t get a better exterior on a house than that!

And I adore the curvature in the upstairs railing! There’s just so much to love with this great little home!

Scrolling through the pictures I noticed some of the original finish on the doors! My mind was spinning, wondering why some of the other doors were painted white. When you take a close look at the natural doors you can see what I mean! Can this be corrected and how much do you lose when the paint is stripped?

Are those painted acoustic tiles in the dark brown room, or is that a parquet ceiling?

I have a question, when it comes to houses on the national register, are all states the same? Do you need permission to change things? For instance, do I need permission to take the carpet out?
