Hard to tell the condition. Considering there are medical offices around it and new college construction catty corner it will probably go commercial or student housing.

I didn’t read the listing before scrolling to the pictures (I usually don’t) so I was a little shocked when I got to the interior shots, but really it’s not too bad and I think it has enormous potential. What a lovely house with lots going for it.

There are some decent antiques buried in there with all the junk and a very decent house, as well.

I’ll take the entire package, house and contents! All this needs is a little love and time. Oh, and to be able to sift through all of those goodies in this house-what treasures you’d find! It wouldn’t hurt my feelings a bit to take it all (trash and treasures) and make it pretty again.

I want the table in the 11th picture! And there’s a chair in the 5th one that might reasonably go with one of mine. But I definitely want the table!
I agree, I’d like to see what else is in there in addition to that table.
It could be a wonderful home.

If this house were in the middle of Tennessee instead located in the far east, I’d be on the phone right now. Sadly, there are never any homes like this (and certainly not in this price range) for sale near me.

Updated with new listing photos, all the interior furniture and stuff removed so we can see the house now. 🙂
