Step back into history when you enter this C1859 Italianate Estate. Commissioned by Wm. P. Irwin an entrepreneur who owned flour & malt mills & a bank in Renss. He had it built for his brother next door to his own estate. Abundant in historic details of beautiful crown moldings, medallions, 12' ceilings, tray ceiling, bay windows, arched doorways, marble FP, 2 MBR Ste & so much more. Does need exterior paint. Mechanics are updated, restoration has been done on the moldings & walls.
