Zillow says this is on South Franklin but maps say North Franklin Street.

At this price house has lots of room for polishing…..if structurally sound this could be a very warm and aesthetically pleasing home…l

Get rid of the paneling, strip the dark dark, and restain, period wall paper with some TLC, and I bet this place would shine again.

In streetview, the surrounding area looks Ok, no evidence of high crime like bars over the windows and/or doors. The house itself has potential and even from the few photos of the staircase, mantels, and built in china/buffet, one can see this was originally a nice residence of the early 1900’s. Seems priced reasonably but a closer inspection for needed repairs/upgrades would be in order.

I wonder if they’d let us move it.
