Love love love this little place, and the description of it being on a “good rock road” in a rural area. How weird are we Old House people that we are gaga over fixer uppers like this? 🙂
And I kind of love it when there’s no street view! I mean, the voyeur in me wants to see the area and all sides of the house, but having no street view usually equates with it being off-the-beaten-path.
Love this house! Set it in the south and count me in. I love where it sits, hate city living. Wish it was near me.
Sharlamae, in Georgia many of us usually don’t consider Nebraska as the South. I was trying to figure out why the listing said 0 bedrooms. But the second floor seems to have several rooms. I think it is because the bedrooms must not have closets. In many places, it is not considered a bedroom without a closet.
Zillow is the only one that says 0 bedrooms. They have very little info on the house. 2 bedroom pics show closets.
Cute house though. Looks fairly solid. Could be stunning with the right person.
It’s so sad to see a craftsman home that’s been let go like this. I would
love to see what it looked like when it was first built!
simple and sweet. odd that there appear to be two doors in the front. I can just imagine listening to crickets at night and seeing a sky full of stars
Not sure I could bring myself to paint over the smiley face drawn by a child on the wall in the 4th photo. ( unlike a drunken vandal’s 666/pentagram )
Not ” too ” bad of condition and a nice piece of land. But you would definitely be out there and need a vehicle.
We are SO disappointed. Contacted a real estate agent we know and we were ready for the 3 hour drive tomorrow morning only to find out it’s been sold. Not really surprising at this price, but we were excited about seeing it. Not meant to be…

Wonder when it sold? It annoys me that agents don’t mark the listing off market, pending or sold instead of still showing for sale in the MLS. Sorry for the disappointment.
Our agent called Tom and Tom told our agent he knew nothing about the property. Deana wasn’t answering or returning calls so our agent called her husband who also wasn’t answering his phone. Our agent did some research on the county website to find out the status. My husband is from the area so it would have been a great opportunity for us!
